We have developed significant expertise in managing tenders for the assignment of gas distribution based on AteM (Optimal Territorial Areas for natural gas distribution).

Since 2012, we have supported 9 contracting authorities, analysing the network status of over 300 municipalities.

Thanks to our knowledge and experience, we can ensure simplicity in managing the procedure up to the publication of the tender notice, alleviating the workload of contracting authorities’ offices and individual municipalities.

Over the years, our commitment has been exclusively in favour of and in the interest of public entities. We have worked and continue to work with specific Minimum Territorial Areas, with leading municipalities including Milan, Lecco, Lodi, Monza, Lissone (Monza and Brianza 2), Brescia, Varese, Mantua, Reggio Calabria, and Vibo Valentia.

We offer municipalities support and experience to facilitate the process and help them achieve their objectives.

Project "Gas PlaNet" funded by the PON Governance and Institutional Capacity

The Gas PlaNet project stems from an experience where AnciLab was engaged in modelling a procedure for managing instrumental activities leading to the preparation of the tender, from inception to post-tender management, and the development of software for managing the procedure itself.

The project provided partner municipalities with a structured methodological approach, strengthening experiences of inter-municipal cooperation by foreseeing intense co-design activities between municipalities and the contracting authority for the preparation and management of tenders and subsequent contracts, as well as ongoing coordination for the collection of data from outgoing operators.
