Andrea Ottonello oversees the financial and economic management of AnciLab, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, budget preparation, and compliance with tax and regulatory obligations. He coordinates administrative activities related to accounts receivable and payable, manages invoicing, banking relationships, and company liquidity, guaranteeing transparency, reliability, and operational continuity.
Over the years he has supported the company’s growth, both in terms of turnover and management complexity, implementing budgeting and reporting systems aligned with the needs of the Shareholder and a constantly evolving business. As team leader, he coordinates specialist support activities for the Finance function of local authorities, with a particular focus on supporting the preparation of Financial and Economic Plans (PEF) and contracting authorities. Among his key experiences, he contributed to the design and development of the PEF Tari validation service for waste management (MTR-2, 2022–2025 and 2024–2025 periods, and MTR-3, 2026–2029 period).
He also participates in the company’s internal competence team dedicated to the design and development of the qualification service for contracting authorities, and assists the company’s RUP (Procurement Officer) in preparing documentation for procurement procedures governed by Legislative Decree 36/2023. He is also a member of the UNI PdR 125/2022 Steering Committee and serves as Quality Management Officer within the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
